About Utah Central Committee

The Utah Central Committee (UCC) is an organized assembly of the people as authorized by our constitutionally protected natural right to assemble. We help the people of the state of Utah have more of the tools and knowledge needed to assert their constitutional rights.

Committees are assemblies of the people that represent the constitutional viewpoint of the people to other bodies of government. And when government insists on breaking the law, we declare the people's truth and document the grievance.

The UCC and all independent local sub committees are organized under the rights protected by the first amendment of the United States Constitution that states "the right of the people peaceably to assemble" is guaranteed along with the right to "petition the government for a redress of grievances". The Utah Constitution also lists these rights. The declaration of independence also makes important statements about assembling and the documentation of grievances.

Anybody within the geographical borders of the state of Utah is automatically a general member of the Utah Central Committee and is eligible to run to be on the board. Those who register as official volunteers and declare their intentions to help everyone defend their rights have access to extra tools and resources.
